Return & Refund Policy

Refund will be only considered if

  • Product received damage, wrong product received, faulty product.
  • For Refund customer should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products
  • In damage case or wrong product case only considered if customer shoot unboxing video.
  • After 48 Hrs not single complaint will consider for wrong product.
  • If customer want to return product even product is good or if customer provided reason (i.e., damage, wrong product received, faulty product) is wrong then both side delivery charge will deduct from refunded amount including payment collection fee.

Its completely your responsibility to take out print of the manifest that Pad Corp provides, while returning the product.

Please Note that refund will be made only after proper investigation of the whole scenario by pad corp team.

Refund payment will process within 5-10 working days. No cash will refund only bank transfer. All process only works through official email Id which provide in helpdesk.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer wants to cancel the order, then they have to contact our customer support team.

After shipped order, customer cannot cancel the order.

If the customer made order payment online and cancels the order, then before cancel order customer should be call customer support team. We will process for a refund within 5-10 working days.

Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Padcorp provides Free Shipping on orders.

The Delivery Time for each Product is mentioned in the Description.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia: bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.

Once dispatched, orders may take 3-6 business days for the delivery of an order. To North East States and Jammu & Kashmir it may take upto 9 business days.

If a User wishes to get delivery to different addresses, then the User shall be required to purchase the Products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

The logistics partner supported by padcorp.in will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts the respective Seller reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. And if the order returns to our warehouse, the order amount excluding the delivery and COD charges(if applicable) will be credited to Customer’s Coupon code. After which customer can place a fresh order.
